Common questions

StreamHub installs from Microsoft Store, runs entirely on your PC, and starts free. You'll be saving your first videos within a minute — and you can upgrade to Pro later, with a 7-day money-back guarantee.

How to install

StreamHub is a Windows 10 / 11 (x64) app. It doesn't run on ARM-based PCs, Windows 7/8, or non-Windows systems yet. If you're on a managed work PC, your IT admin may also need to allow Microsoft Store app installs.

Some browsers block the ms-windows-store:// protocol. If that happens, open Microsoft Store from your Start menu and search for StreamHub — it's the same product page.

Open Microsoft Store, then go to Library and click Get updates. StreamHub usually updates itself in the background, but you can force a check from there if you're impatient.

In most cases, no restart is required. You can launch StreamHub right after Microsoft Store finishes installation.

Check your Windows version, account region, and Store policies on managed devices. If needed, open the direct Store link from our Download page.
