Acceptance of these terms
By installing, opening, or using StreamHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using StreamHub on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
License grant
Subject to these terms and the Microsoft Store Standard Application License Terms, StreamHub grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Windows devices that you own or control.
Acceptable use
You agree to use StreamHub only for lawful purposes. In particular:
- Only download content you have the right to save — your own uploads, content explicitly licensed for download, public-domain works, or content you have permission to keep.
- Do not use StreamHub to circumvent technical protection measures (DRM) or to violate the terms of service of the websites you visit.
- Do not use the app to harass, infringe, or harm others.
- You are responsible for following the laws of your country and the terms of any third-party site you access.
Intellectual property and DMCA
StreamHub, the StreamHub name, logo, and all related materials are owned by StreamHub and protected by intellectual property laws.
If you believe content available through StreamHub infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@streamhub.club with:
- The work claimed to be infringed.
- The material in question.
- Your contact information.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.
Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and refunds
Pro subscriptions are sold and billed by Microsoft Store. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled — Microsoft will charge the payment method on your Microsoft account at the start of each renewal period.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your Microsoft account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by Microsoft Store's refund policy — please request refunds directly from Microsoft.
Free plan and trials
We may offer a free plan or trial with limited features. Free usage is provided "as is", may change over time, and does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
Termination
You can stop using StreamHub at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, including by misusing the app under "Acceptable use".
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law — will continue to apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
StreamHub is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific website will remain compatible.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to StreamHub will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold StreamHub, its team, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where StreamHub's operating entity is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes will first be addressed informally by contacting support@streamhub.club. If not resolved, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country provide otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, where the change is material, notify you in-app or by reasonable means. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
Miscellaneous
These terms, together with the Microsoft Store Standard Application License Terms and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and StreamHub regarding the app. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
